Sophie is one of our Patient Care Coordinators whose warmth and genuine compassion make patients feel at ease the moment they arrive at santāl skin. A natural caregiver, she is deeply passionate about helping others feel beautiful, confident, + comfortable in their own skin. Sophie wholeheartedly embraces one of our philosophies: aesthetics should never change who you are, but rather enhance the beauty that already exists. Fresh out of esthetics school, she chose to begin her career by immersing herself in every aspect of the patient experience, believing that understanding each step of the journey will make her a more thoughtful, knowledgeable provider. As she continues to expand her expertise in skincare, treatments, and medical aesthetics, her goal is to one day care for patients in the treatment room.
When she’s not at santāl, you’ll likely find Sophie at a Pilates class, searching for hidden gems while thrifting, or soaking up the sun at the beach. She brings a fun, bubbly energy to our team that is truly contagious, and her enthusiasm for learning is unmatched. Always asking thoughtful questions + eager to grow, Sophie approaches every day with curiosity, kindness, + an open heart. Patients quickly gravitate toward her genuine spirit, and her excitement for helping others look and feel their very best shines through in every interaction.
