santāl skin adheres to a 24-hour Cancellation / No-Show policy to respect our providers’ time. A credit card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Failure to show and appointments canceled less than 24-hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of your booked laser service(s) and all other treatments will forfeit the $50 booking deposit. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24-hours in advance. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.

We do! Referrals are truly the best compliment. If you’re a patient and you refer a friend to santāl skin (and they list you as their referral), we’ll send you a $50 gift card that can be used towards any future service!

We will make every effort to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services provided; however, aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any treatments received. All services, cancellation fees, skincare and shoppe merchandise are final sale. 

Gift cards are available and can be redeemed for any product or service at santāl skin. Gift cards never expire and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

We accept walk-ins if there are no appointments already booked. However, as we are an appointment-based business, there is no guarantee a provider will be able to perform your desired service(s). We highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure you receive the best and highest quality experience you deserve! If we cannot see you at the time of walk-in, we will work diligently to find another time that fits your schedule, as well as the schedule of the provider.
