About Us
Natalie Feaster
BSN, RN and
licensed esthetician
ZO Skin Health Expert
A veteran of the industry, Natalie is a natural caretaker and loves to help others look and feel their best. Her goal is always to uplift those around her.
She began as a Licensed Esthetician in 2011, and spent years servicing clients then later made the switch to pharmaceutical sales. Never losing her passion for aesthetics, she decided to combine her love for all things beauty and caring for others and attended nursing school with the intention of becoming a nurse injector. After graduating, she trained and began her career at a medical spa in Lancaster, PA. For a year and a half, she furthered her knowledge of skincare and injectables and met so many wonderful clients that turned into friends.
Her dream had always been to open her own medspa, and provide a patient experience that exceeds expectations with amazing results to match. With careful planning, hours of hard work and a lot of prayer, all of the stars aligned, and santāl skin was born.
She is dedicated to continuing to learn and perfect her skill in the ever-changing world of aesthetics and injectables, and looks forward to continuing to share her expertise with clients and friends alike!
Kyra Nieto
Practice Manager

If you have any questions about the ins and outs of santāl skin, Kyra is the woman to ask. She is Natalie’s right hand and manages the day to day of the medspa. She is also the creative face behind our social media presence, and consistently learns + grows with the ever-evolving space of aesthetics.
Kyra comes with a background in nutrition education, small business management, and content creation. Four years ago, she was educating Lancaster County students about the importance of healthy eating and lifestyle. In early 2021, an opportunity to work alongside Natalie fell into her lap, and she decided she was ready for a change. She entered the industry as a medical assistant in early 2021, and never looked back.
Outside of the care and passion she pours into the medspa, Kyra enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel to new places, spending time with those who matter most, all things food, music, and creating a warm + welcoming home for her family.
Emily Berlin
Patient Coordinator
ZO Skin Health Specialist
Emily is the first face you’ll see when you come into santāl skin–our lovely patient coordinator. She is an expert when it comes to making our patients feel warm and welcomed. She is always here to offer a smile, help with the booking and rebooking process, and ensure each patient’s experience is seamless. She is such a ray of sunshine, and one of the most thoughtful people. She consistently shows up in the most meaningful ways!
Prior to joining the team at santāl skin, she was an elementary school teacher for ten years, primarily teaching 4th grade mathematics and science. She and Natalie have known each other for some time, and we were so excited when Emily was ready to transition out of teaching and step into the role of patient coordinator.
When Emily is not behind the desk at santāl skin, you can find her spending time with her husband, Michael and their sweet Doberman, Remington (aka Remy). She loves being around friends, walking, cooking, reading thriller novels, and keeping up with her Bravo shows!
Alana Bendas
Medical Aesthetician
ZO Skin Health Expert
Alana is our licensed aesthetician, and is here for all of your skincare needs. She specializes in lash lift + tints, microneedling, chemical peels, hydrafacials, and spa facials. She is a woman with a huge heart of gold, and genuinely cares for all people. She has a passion for the industry, an eye for the beauty in life, and we feel so lucky that she chose to continue her aesthetic career at santāl skin.
She has been a practicing esthetician for just over a year, and has embraced her role and the industry as a whole. Alana recently became a ZO Skin Health Expert, completing more than 40 hours of training to learn all things medical grade skincare and skin physiology. She strives to continue learning to bring the best care and treatment plans to all of her patients.
If she’s not doting on her patients, you can find her at Absolute Pilates, where she is a part-time instructor. She also loves to spend time with her fiancé, Caleb, traveling the world, shopping, and keeping up with all of the latest trends.
Jenn Weller
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
ZO Skin Health Specialist
Jenn joined our team in May 2024 and is the newest licensed aesthetician at santāl skin. She specializes in laser services, microneedling, and Hydrafacials while working towards becoming a ZO Skin Health Expert. We think the world of her, and know that each of her patients will feel welcomed in her warmth.
She comes into the position with a genuine understanding and empathy towards stubborn skin conditions like acne, texture, and redness. She vows to help others learn about their skin health and how medical grade products + services can help!
When she’s not at the medspa, you can find Jenn spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and heavily involved with her daughters extracurricular activities. In her prior life, she worked in sales & merchandising and took some time off for her family. Being an acne sufferer in her younger years and her love of making people feel good in their skin, she found herself applying to esthetician school and exploring a new career path. We are so happy to have her as part of the santāl team!
Kelly Plummer
Patient Care Coordinator

Kelly is another beautiful face that greets you as you enter santāl skin. She has stepped into her role as patient care coordinator with the utmost excitement and zest and loves to make our patients smile. If you ask her about her career transition, she would tell you it might just be the most drastic change she’s ever made, and she wouldn’t change a thing. We are so happy to have her on the santāl team, and know that she will make your day just as she does ours.
While Kelly’s background is in law enforcement, she comes with lifelong experience as a self-care loving girl’s girl. Nothing brings her more joy than to watch patient’s journeys and the joy that self-care brings to others.
When she’s not at santāl, you can find Kelly spending time with her husband, Matt and their three dogs: Walter, Ghost, + Gizmo. She loves to travel, golf, host her family + friends, and early morning workouts. She’s a self-proclaimed true crime junkie, makes us all belly laugh, and always has the best stories!
